CANCELLATION: 
To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Guard Travel Insurance. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $60.00 (plus tax). Travel protection if purchased will be forfeited also. Your prepaid rent less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days before arrival. All reservations cancelled 90 days or less will forfeit the entire advance payment. Tenants that chose to purchase travel insurance please contact Travel Guard Travel Insurance 877-249-5376.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Pensacola Beach Rentals is proud to offer our guests one of the best vacation rental protection policies in the industry. Travel Guard's All Seasons Travel Plan can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.

The policy costs 7.0% of your total room reservation and we recommend you purchase the insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage. In addition to protecting your vacation investment, Travel Guard has other advantages including 24 hour emergency hotline and concierge services plus coverage for emergency medical expenses and transportation. LINEN: 
Sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, bath mats and wash cloths are provided.

PETS: 
Florida law prohibits animals on Pensacola Beach. Our owners prohibit animals in their residences. 
NO PETS ALLOWED unless written authorization is given by PBR.

RATES: 
Prices and availability subject to changes weekly. Rates discounted up to 25% during off season on most units. Call for special low winter monthly rates.

RESERVATIONS: 
Reservations are accepted for families only. No reservations will be honored for high school or college groups. Deposits will be forfeited. 

SATURDAY TO SATURDAY: 
During peak summer time (typically the Wednesday before Memorial Day through mid August), we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. No minimum stay is required the remainder of the year.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 
On the Confirmation we require you to enter Charge Card information where you Authorize us to charge that card if there is damage to the unit.

All rentals have Cable TV, fully equipped kitchens including coffee maker & microwave.
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING.
