ADVANCE
DEPOSIT:
An advance deposit
equal to one-half of the total rent must be received
seven (7) days after reservation is made the reservation
is less than 30 days of current date then the deposit
is due immediately. The balance of the rent is due
at check-in. if you are using a Visa, Master Card
or Discover 50% of the total is required when booking.
If you are writing a check it must be received within
5 days of booking.
CANCELLATION:
If cancellation
of a confirmed reservation is necessary by you or
us and you or we are notified Ninety (90) days prior
to the rental period, the advance deposit "minus
3% for processing fee" will be refunded. If for
some reason, within Ninety (90) day cancellation
period your unit becomes unavailable, we reserve
the right to substitute an equal or better unit.
If the unit is cancelled by you less than Ninety
days prior to check-in and not re-rented the advance
deposit.
can be used at the same unit for up to 1 year without
forfeiting it. If you do not use the deposit within
1 year it will be forfeited
LINEN:
Sheets, pillow cases,
bath towels, bath mats and wash cloths are provided.
PETS:
Florida law prohibits
animals on Pensacola Beach. Our owners prohibit
animals in their residences.
NO PETS ALLOWED
unless written authorization is given by PBR.
RATES:
Prices and
availability subject to changes weekly. Rates discounted up to
25% during off season on most units. Call for special low
winter monthly rates.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are
accepted for families only. No reservations will be honored
for high school or college groups. Deposits will be
forfeited.
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY:
During
peak summer time, the rental weeks run from Saturday
to Saturday. No minimum stay required during "off
season".
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A
security deposit will be required at check-in. The
security deposit is an "Authorization"
on a Master Card or Visa which is erased within
30 days (length of time depends on your charge card
company). You nor PBR is charged anything as long
as there are no damages to the unit rented."

All homes are completely furnished, with fully
equipped kitchens, including coffee maker &
